Ice cream is a sweet, frozen, and refreshing treat that typically considered a snack or dessert. It seems difficult to make ice cream at home but there are so many easiest ways. You can make ice cream at home according to your own flavor if you are lazy to go out by getting off your comfortable pajamas and get ice cream for you

Remedy to make ice cream in blender:

I am going to share a very easy and simple remedy with you. By following these simple steps you can make ice cream anytime at home without any severe effort & of course without a blender.

Ingredients:

First we need to gather all of our required ingredients that we are going to use.

Sugar:

It is used as a basic and common sweetener in ice cream.

Cream:

The cream is used for whipping.  The cream is almost 32-35 % fat. It gives more smoothness, richness, and flavor to your ice cream.

Milk products

In ice cream, we use a variety of milk products. It includes whole milk, condenses milk, and instant skim milk powder

Gelatin:

Only a little amount of gelatin is used in ice cream. It gives a more refreshing appearance and soft texture to it.




Eggs:

In ice cream, we use a variety of milk products. It includes whole milk, condenses milk, and instant skim milk powder.




Flavors

Egg yolks are also used as the main ingredient because they maintain the stability of ice cream by reducing its melting ability

Follow simple steps To make ice cream in a blender without any Trouble:

Step 1

First, we need to take a blender of good quality and place almost 2 cups of crushed ice cubes in it. We take crushed cubes because they are easier to blend so it makes creamier consistency. 

Step 2

Now add 4 tablespoons of sugar and almost 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavoring into the blender. 

Step 3:

Add 1/4 cup of milk and always use milk of thicker consistency and use a low percentage of lighter milk. Because lighter milk can cause more formation of ice crystals. If you want to use lighter milk then always add instant skim milk powder to make the milk consistency thick.

Step 4

Add whipping cream to make your ice cream smoother, creamier and refreshing appearance.

Step 5:

Add one envelop of unflavored gelatin in the blender so it prevents the soon melting of ice cream also helps to avoid large crystal formation.

Step 6:

Now place the lid on your blender and start to blend it until it almost becomes a mixture of the consistency of a milkshake. If you see large ice cube crystals then keep blending until it becomes a very smooth mixture that has a thicker and creamy consistency.

Step 7:

Transfer the whole mixture into a container with more surface area. And cover this container with a lid. It is better to use plastic containers rather than ceramic and glass containers.

Step 8:

Put the container into the freezer and let it settle down for almost 2 to 3 hours. Then you can put it out and your ice cream is ready to be eaten.

Step 9:

Now for tasting take a scoop fill it from the center and give it a taste. If ice cream is too soft then again put it into the freezer for almost half an hour but if it’s too hard to eat then let it rest at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.

Tip to know:

If you get bored of eating regular taste vanilla ice cream, then go for different flavors of your own choice by adding some simple toppings that make your ice cream delicious.

  • Add cherries, sliced bananas, pieces of waffle cones, chocolate syrup, and also small pieces of fresh mangoes for a fascinating treat.
